Hastalar hekime ya a\u011fr\u0131 ya da \u00e7ocuk sahibi olamama \u015fikayeti ile ba\u015fvururlar.<\/p><p>K\u0131s\u0131rl\u0131\u011fa yol a\u00e7ma nedenleri:<\/p><ol><li>Testisde \u0131s\u0131 art\u0131\u015f\u0131na neden olmas\u0131,<\/li><li>Kan\u0131n durgunla\u015fmas\u0131 sonucu testisin oksijen oran\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fmesi,<\/li><li>Kanda baz\u0131 toksik maddelerin art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve bunun sperm yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 etkilemesidir.<\/li><\/ol><div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cankayahastanesi.com.tr\/images\/varikosel.jpg\" alt=\"Varikosel\" \/><span style=\"color: #666666;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div><h3>Tan\u0131<\/h3><p>Ayakta fizik muayene ile geni\u015flemi\u015f venler elle muayene edilebilece\u011fi gibi, skrotal doppler USG ile de tan\u0131 konabilir.<\/p><h3>Tedavi<\/h3><p>Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n se\u00e7kin tedavisi mikrocerrahi y\u00f6ntemle geni\u015flemi\u015f venlerin ba\u011flanmas\u0131d\u0131r. Ameliyat yakla\u015f\u0131k 30-40 dakika s\u00fcrer. Anestezi genel veya spinal olabilir. Hasta ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn veya ertesi g\u00fcn taburcu edilir.<\/p><h3>Komplikasyonlar<\/h3><p>\u00c7ok az hastada n\u00fcks, hidrosel, yara enfeksiyonu gibi komplikasyonlar g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir.<\/p><h3>Sonu\u00e7<\/h3><p>Ameliyat\u0131n olumlu sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 6 ay i\u00e7inde al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r.Hareket d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc fazla olan hastalara ila\u00e7 tedavisine de ba\u015flanabilir.
